These terms explain the conditions for using TimeVote. By creating a timevote or submitting a response, you agree to them.

1. The service
TimeVote provides lightweight availability coordination for informal, trusted groups. It is not a calendar provider, identity-verification service, booking system, or decision-making authority.
2. Capability links
Public, management, and response links grant different access. Keep management and response links private. Anyone holding a private link may exercise its permissions.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for timevote content, the people who receive links, and decisions made from results. Do not collect sensitive, unlawful, misleading, or unnecessary personal information.
4. Display names are self-reported
TimeVote asks for a display name but does not verify identity, uniqueness, attendance, or freedom from link forwarding. Do not use it where verified or legally binding scheduling is required.
5. Availability and limits
The service is provided as available and may change, be interrupted, or discontinue. We may restrict abusive use and apply technical limits for security and reliability.
