Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information TimeVote processes and the choices available to you.

Last updated: 25 July 2026

1. TimeVote data

TimeVote stores the meeting title, candidate times, optional location and note, participant display names, availability answers, status, timestamps, and access capabilities needed to operate the poll. It does not require email addresses or accounts.

2. Private access links

Management and response secrets remain in URL fragments, are sent to the API only when required, and are stored by the server only as cryptographic hashes. Treat complete private links as credentials.

3. Technical data

The service processes ordinary request data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and security or error logs to operate, protect, rate-limit, and diagnose the service. This is not used as a participant identity in timevote results.

4. Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only after consent on public marketing pages. Private timevote, management, and response URLs, questions, options, selections, locators, and secrets are not sent. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of TimeVote.

5. Sharing and retention

Anyone with the participant link can submit availability and view aggregate counts. Managers can view display names and answers. Data may be retained while a poll is useful and for a reasonable operational period afterward.

6. Contact and requests

For privacy questions or a data request, contact sympify.info@gmail.com and provide only the public locator needed to identify a timevote. Never email a private capability unless specifically required through a secure support process.
